Big ideas.
Smart building blocks.

The Flexi system starts with a single element. Modules connect and become something bigger — a boat, a platform or a new meeting place on the water.

About Flexi Global.
We see possibilities.

Flexi Global is a modular and circular industrial system for amphibious, maritime and floating infrastructure, built on three integrated pillars.

1. Material technology and production"Lego" architecture

  • Standardised, interlocking modules produced by large-scale 3D printing (LFAM) of recycled ocean plastic (marine HDPE/PETG), reinforced with natural basalt fibre.
  • Through-running basalt fibre rods keep the modules under permanent compression, removing the need for heavy shipyards, traditional welding and expensive moulds.
  • Damaged sections can be dismantled on site, ground down and 3D printed again with zero waste.

2. Digital intelligence and data integrationTSII and Careboard

  • TSII (embedded IoT): Sensors are built into the composite during printing and monitor mechanical load, moisture ingress, material fatigue and acoustic condition in real time.
  • Careboard and mixed reality: Screen surfaces and digital infrastructure for real-time campaign tracking, global streaming, SDG measurement and 3D hologram projection.

3. Four commercial applicationsOne platform, many markets

  • FlexiStage / Torus Ring: Amphibious, rapidly deployable stages from ISO containers and 360-degree floating arenas for harbour areas and cultural events.
  • FlexiVessel: Modular, unbreakable hulls for leisure, utility and aquaculture – rigged for British diesel outboards, electric drive or hydrofoil partnerships (Candela).
  • FlexiSpa: Flat-packed, modular spa tubs in circular plastic with integrated cavity insulation, easy to carry and assemble for private and cabin markets.
  • Thrillout: The complete platform for experiences, storytelling and IoT-supported maritime activity.

The system shares one production rig, one patented interlocking method (Zacco) and one sensor platform across all market verticals.

Good to know.

Before we get started: some questions have a simple answer. Others start with a conversation.

The Flexi system is built around elements that connect together. The same modular thinking lies behind boats, floating stages and the other solutions in the Flexi family.
